Things to do to prepare for the job market in the fall:
- General career transitioning
- Create business cards
- Update resume
- Build more contacts
- Attend user groups (chamber of commerce, drupal, etc)
- Study more Project management
- Study more Drupal
- Study more ITIL & MOF
- Study more VMWare
- Study more Microsoft and Linux OS
- Learn some of the tools (graphics, programming, etc)
- Create/update blog site(s)
- Review courses available at local colleges

Here's an interview question
Question:
Tell me about a time when you completed a successful project.
Situation:
The project was to migrate from Windows NT to Windows Server 2000.
Task:
We had to design and cutover the network services.
Action:
I was the project lead, and developed the migration procedures.
Result:
The migration was successful.
Answer:
I was the project manager for a Windows 2000 migration that took place. . . .
